The City of Los Angeles has recently released a request for proposal (RFP) for the Citywide Exclusive Franchise System for Multifamily and Commercial Solid Waste, Recycling, and Organics Collection, Disposal, and Processing (recycLA Program).  The RFP has been posted on the City of Los Angeles' Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP) website at www.rampla.org.  The download of the RFP, proposal submission and other important information related to the RFP is all done through RAMP LA. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 7th, 2025, and proposals are due November 17th, 2025. Please refer to the RFP for answers to questions and additional information.
